Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Sweet Decors is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the incurred shipping and handling costs. To receive the items at the correct address, a new order must be placed.

If your package has not been shipped: We can update the address for you.
If your package has already been shipped: We are unfortunately unable to change the delivery route once the item is with the carrier.
