1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days (Monday to Friday).
2. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
4. Which courier will deliver my order?
Canada: Canada Post / UPS / FedEx (depending on your location)
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
6. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada.
7. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3 working days. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us with your order number.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please take clear photos of the issue and send them along with your order number to our support team. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items in perfect condition.
