Return & Refund Policy

This return policy applies to the following country: Canada.

At Sweet Decors, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, once this 30-day window has closed, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

You may return items within 30 days if you received defective or damaged goods, the wrong size or color, if the item does not fit, or if you are simply not satisfied with the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Request: Send an email to info@SweetDecors.com to request a return form.

Documentation: Fill out the form and include it inside your return package.

Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. You must use a shipping service with a tracking number to ensure the package arrives safely.

Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This applies specifically to returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing. Since the sender is responsible for the return shipment, we strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package is correctly received.

Exception: If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sweet Decors will cover all return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary information and support.

RETURN ADDRESS

Items must be sent exclusively to the return address provided by our customer service after verification. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed. Please contact us first to ensure a smooth procedure.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@SweetDecors.com.

Partial refunds or refusals may occur if:

The item is not in its original condition.

Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. For assistance with an exchange request, please email info@SweetDecors.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, you have one hour after confirmation to submit a request. After this hour, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in the preparation or shipping phase. To cancel, please email info@SweetDecors.com with your order number.
